Full ProfileDr. Mia Mulrennan has spent the last 20-plus years working as a CHRO and consultant in Fortune 500 companies as an organizational psychologist to develop rave-worthy customer-centric brands and strong talent and culture strategies. She has been the CHRO of Star Restaurant Group and is the former chief talent officer of Sun Country Airlines.
She has a doctorate in applied industrial/organizational psychology, and is known as an internationally acclaimed speaker, with a specialization in teaching others how to apply tenets of psychology in business. Her most requested content is related to the psychology behind customer-centric branding and talent strategy, her leadership development expertise, and her book content. She is the author of the Amazon Hot Release of 2015 Passed Over and Pissed Off: The Overlooked Leadership Talents of Generation X. She has also taught graduate school for 18 years, and is the 2016 recipient of the Georgetown University Teaching Excellence Award in the university’s Master’s in Global Hospitality Leadership program.
